Machhapuchhre in Pokhara with different lakes and cave. Kathmandu Pokhara tour includes one of Nepal’s best historical and beautiful cities from where you can see different historical sites such as different Durbar squares and temples with Stupa in Kathmandu and various lakes, caves and museums in Pokhara. The distance from Kathmandu to Pokhara is 200 km and it takes approximately 6 hours by car and if you prefer flight which will take 25 mins only.

Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport after completing your custom formalities Visa, etc. pick up your luggage and look for our airport representative from Himalaya Discovery Adventures, who will display your name on the board at the arrival gate.

You will be greeted by our representative and transferred to our hotel by private tourist vehicle. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Today is free for sightseeing in Kathmandu. You may wish to visit Durbar Square in the heart of the old city where the old Royal Palace, with its intricate woodcarving is located. The whole area is a maze of temples and images. Leading away from the square in all directions are narrow alleys, full of the most amazing variety of shops and stalls.

Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites including the historic Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ Swayambhunath and Buddhists shrine Buddhanath which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Approx. 6 hrs scenic drive by tourist bus, depart 7 AM from Kathmandu. Reach in Pokhara around 14-15 PM and check in hotel, free evening and overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise view over the himalayas and back to hotel breakfast.

After breakfast, sightseeing tour around Pokhara, MAHENDRA CAVE, BINDHA BASENI temple, DEVI’S, WATERFALL, VARAHI TEMPLE, MAHENDRA PUL AND PHEWA LAKE. All the sites are religious significance places and view of the Himalayan range, Mt. Annapurnas, Machhapuchhare and more, overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

After breakfast check out hotel and return Journey to Kathmandu 25 minute by flight. On your arrival transfer to hotel in KTM, the rest of time is free. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Today is rest and relax throughout the day. If you get interested to take some gifts from Nepal for friends and relatives, visit to some nearby shops or go out in Thamel for typical Nepalese goods.

In the evening we will have a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

The trip ends, our airport representative will drop you to the airport for your flight departure from Nepal.
